Supporting the Caribbean Public Health Agency Research, Policy Development and Evaluation Unit (REPDU) to build/strengthen Strategic Information capacity in Caribbean countries under the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR)

 

This project is designed to increase the ability of ministries of health to collect, analyze and use monitoring and evaluations (M&E) data and strategic information effectively to inform policy, set priorities, make data informed decisions, and improve program performance. Caribbean Public Health Agency, Research Evaluation and Policy Development Unit (CARPHA REPDU) will work with ministries of health to improve collection, analysis, and use of M&E data and strategic information. This work will include developing a standardized approach to program monitoring, data collection, analysis and use of data for decision-making; serving as the lead regional M&E training provider; providing leadership in setting M&E standards and coordinating M&E activities; and supporting the development of national strategic plans.
