To provide high-level technical assistance to strengthen the capacity of the National Department of Health (NDoH), provincial/district Departments of Health (DoH), President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) implementing partners, and other stakeholders, to implement infection control and waste management activities at all levels of the health system.
