Provides grants to qualified nonprofits (NP) and public housing authorities (PHA) which will in turn provide technical assistance to RHS MFH borrowers and applicants to facilitate the acquisition of Section 515 properties by NPs and PHAs.

There is hereby appropriated $1,000,000, to remain available until expended, for a pilot program for the Secretary to provide grants to qualified non-profit organizations and public housing authorities to provide technical assistance, including financial and legal services, to RHS multi-family housing borrowers to facilitate the acquisition of RHS multi-family housing properties in areas where the Secretary determines a risk of loss of affordable housing, by non-profit housing organizations and public housing authorities as authorized by law that commit to keep such properties in the RHS multi-family housing program for a period of time as determined by the Secretary., Title Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2018, Part (H.R. 1625), Section 749
