The Office of Press and Public Diplomacy of the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA) of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for a cooperative agreement to administer the Women in University Administration Professional Exchange. This program seeks to expose women working as administrators at institutions of higher education in the SCA region to international standards and best practices in their field, through an approximately 2-3 week professional exchange visit to the United States. The countries of South and Central Asia are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. This program reflects and supports the foreign policy goals of the United States.
