Sacramento River Joint Intake Project ? Construction Modification

 

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to modify existing award, R14AC00021, to Reclamation District 2035 under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406 (b) (21). BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for the Sacramento River Joint Intake Project which consists of a fish screen to prevent the entrainment of endangered anadromous fish. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2015. Estimate award date of modification: on or about September 12, 2014. Estimate award for modification amount: $1,615,108. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) R14AN20026 for additional information.
