Reporting
Performance Reports: Performance reports will be completed on a quarterly basis in accordance with the terms and conditions as set forth in each agreement text.

Financial records, supporting documents, statistical records, and all other non-Federal entity records pertinent to an agreement awarded under this program must be retained for a period of three years from the date of submission of the final expenditure report.
