Restore Wetlands and Surrounding Uplands at Rancho Sierra Vista

 

Personnel from NET and NPS will collaborate to revegetate and restore up to 10 acres of native habitat including 1.3 acres of seasonal wetland, 1.6 acres of riparian habitat, 4.9 acres of riparian buffer, and 2.2 acres of grassland/coastal sage. NET and NPS will also collaborate to teach urban youth about native habitats and conservation needs in southern California and provide training in work and leadership skills necessary to implementing native habitat restoration projects.
