Recreation Planning and Management Activities Between Lahontan Basin Area office of the Bureau of Reclamation and Nevada State Parks

 

The State of Nevada Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Division of State Parks and Reclamation have agreed it mutually beneficial to plan for current and future uses and development of the lands managed by Parks at Lahontan Reservoir so as to provide safe and manageable recreation use and experiences of the area. The purpose of this funding is to continue to provide Parks with federal funding as authorized and appropriated for their continued management of recreation facilities and lands located at Reclamation¿s Lahontan and Rye Patch reservoirs.
