Quantifying Resource Use and Overlap Between Non-native Cutthroat Hybrids and Endemic Arctic Grayling Inhabiting Red Rock Lakes National Wildlife Refuge - Implications for Non-native Fish Management

 

A. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: Interim Progress Reports: The Recipient will provide verbal updates of the progress of the laboratory work. A rough draft of a manuscript will be shared by August, 2013. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B #4 Unique Qualifications which allows for award without competition to an applicant. The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based upon a variety of demonstrable factors such as location, property ownership, voluntary support capacity, cost-sharing ability, if applicable, technical expertise, or other such unique qualifications. B. Final Progress Report: The Recipient will submit a final report in the format of one manuscript on diet overlap and resource use on acrtic grayling and other fishes at Red Rock Lakes NWR. The products are due by December 31st, 2013.
