The purpose of this funding opportunity announcement is to fund up to two national organizations with proven capacities and expertise in chronic disease prevention and health promotion to provide technical assistance and training to National Comprehensive Cancer Control Program awardees and their coalitions to implement evidence-based and promising comprehensive cancer control interventions in the areas of primary prevention, screening and survivorship.

This program is excluded from coverage under 2 CFR 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.
Award Procedure
Successful applicants will receive a Notice of Award (NoA) from the CDC Office of Finanical Resources (OFR). The NoA shall be the only binding, authorizing document between the recipient and CDC. The NoA will be signed by an authorized Grants Management Officer and sent to the Principal Investigator through the Grants Solution system.

An Objective Review Panel will be held to review applications based on criteria described in the Notice of funding Opportunity Announcement.
