THE PILOTING OPTIONS FOR THE SUSTAINABLE INTEGRATION OF TARGET EARTHQUAKE-AFFECTED COMMUNITIES IN HAITI (POSITEC) PROGRAM WILL BE EVALUATED USING A TWO PHASE APPLICATION PROCESS. INTERESTED APPLICANTS SHOULD SUBMIT A CONCEPT PAPER BASED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SECTION IV OF THE RFA. ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WITH CONCEPT PAPERS THAT ARE DEEMED TECNICALLY ACCEPTABLE AFTER A TECHNICAL REVIEW WILL BE ASKED TO SUBMIT A FULL APPLICATION.
