Purpose of Program: The Language Resource Centers (LRC) Program provides grants to institutions of higher education or consortia of these institutions for establishing, strengthening, and operating centers that serve as resources for improving the Nation's capacity for teaching and learning foreign languages through teacher training, research, materials development, and dissemination projects. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) Number: 84.229A. Applications for grants under the Language Resource Centers (LRC) Program, CFDA number 84.229A, must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
