Purpose of Program: The School Climate Transformation Grant Program--State Educational Agency Grants provides competitive grants to State educational agencies (SEAs) to develop, enhance, or expand statewide systems of support for, and technical assistance to, local educational agencies (LEAs) and schools implementing an evidence-based, multi-tiered behavioral framework for improving behavioral outcomes and learning conditions for all students. Applications for grants under the School Climate Transformation Grant Program, CFDA numbers 84.184F (SEA grants), must be submitted electronically using the Governmentwide Grants.gov Apply site at www.Grants.gov.
