  				The United States Department of Interior, The National Park Service (NPS), and Dry Tortugas National Park are announcing a notice of intent to award; this is not a request for applications.  This funding opportunity is to provide public notice of NPS's intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition, under Cooperative Agreement H5000-10-5040, with The SOUTH FLORIDA ��� CARIBBEAN COOPERATIVE ECOSYSTEM STUDIES UNIT (CESU), for a project titled " Seasonal and long-term change, genetic diversity, and reproductive potential of ESA-listed coral species��� in the Dry Tortugas National Park.
