Hydrography Updates in the Matanuska-Susitna Basin, Alaska

 

The purposed of this project is to update the 1D and 2D features of the entire Matanuska-Susitna (Mat-Su) Basin, which is 25,250 square miles in south-central Alaska; an area approximately the combined size of Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. A consortium of agencies and NGOs, including USGS, The Nature Conservancy, US Fish and Wildlife Service and Saint Maryâ₏™s University of Minnesota (SMUMN) have come together to fund and accomplish the project.
