Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief, Proj VA 034:
Replacement of culvert on Quantico Creek, Dumfries, VA, beneath Rt 633, due to flood hazard. Culvert will increase flow velocity through the culvert, increasing sediment transport through it, alleviating the sedimentation issue, and eliminating a partial fish blockage.
