  				Provide a grant to the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) for the purposes of soliciting contractor support for the conduct of a Preliminary Hazard Analysis, an Operating and Support Hazard Analysis, a Safety Traceability Matrix and a Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) of a proposed American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Safety Standard for Electronically-Controlled Pneumatic Brake Equipment for use in passenger train applications according to established, recognized industry standards and methods.
