Pre-Application Procedure
Preapplication coordination is required. Contracts or agreements may only be executed for approved projects under the Tribal Forest Protection Act (25 USC 3115a)

Award Procedure
The award will be negotiated between the tribe or tribal organization and the local Forest Service unit once a project has been approved following the Tribal Forest Protection Act (25 USC 3115a) process.
