FHA Technical Assistance Training - Transformation Initiative

 

The purpose of this requirement is to provide training for direct technical assistance to FHA's industry and housing partners in the areas of Originations, Compliance and Servicing to give a comprehensive and consistent understanding of policies, procedures, and goals with respect to FHA's SF mortgage insurance programs, housing counseling requirements, special REO programs, and RESPA requirements; and to mitigate counterparty risk to the FHA insurance fund.
