Who is eligible to apply/benefit from this assistance?
					Applicant Eligibility
					Applicants must meet the following criteria:    - Be a registered non-profit organization including civil society organization, NGO, religious association, or educational institution based or working in Burma. Applicants must be registered in-country or submit proof that they are seeking registration in Burma  at the time of proposal submission;   ĂƒÂ¢Ă‚Â₏Ă‚¢ Due to the community-oriented focus of this request for proposals, organizations based outside of Burma are required to identify and work with an implementing partner based in Burma to ensure local buy-in and sustainability.  - Must have demonstrated experience implementing similar education, capacity building, and community development programs, preferably in Burma and preferably with the targeted community (ies) identified in the proposal.  - Must have demonstrated experience working with youth, women, and community leaders to implement one or more of the following:  youth leadership training, civic education programs, community outreach programs, capacity building, media, social responsibility programs, community police programs.    - Have existing, or the capacity, to develop active partnerships with organizations in Burma.
