The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor(DRL) announces a second Statement of Interest (SOI) solicitation for programs that support democracy and human rights in Cuba. DRL invites organizations interested in potential funding to submit statements of interest outlining program concepts and capacity to manage projects that will foster democracy and human rights in Cuba.
