Cooperative Monitoring and Assessment of Hawaii Volcano Hazards

 

Project Purpose is geodetic, geologic, and geochemical monitoring and interpretation of volcanic phenomena on Kilauea, Mauna Loa, and Haleakala volcanoes as well as analysis and mitigation of risks associated with volcano and related hazards including lava flows, gas emission, and volcanic fog (vog) formation
