Cooperative Ecoystem Studies Unit, Great Lakes Northern Forest CESU

U.S. Geological Survey¿s (USGS) Great Lakes Science Center is offering a funding opportunity for research on ¿Food web structure and trophic transfer across Lake Erie¿s productivity gradient¿. This research will advance the understanding of lower trophic level linkages to fisheries production and how that varies across seasons and space. This is critical information for the understanding of drivers of fish production in the Great Lake¿s largest fishery and will provide insight for natural resource management agency decision making.
