Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, Piedmont-South Atlantic CESU

 

The National Wetlands Research Center of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner of the Piedmont-South Atlantic Cooperative Ecosystems Studies Unit (CESU) Program. The goal of this project is to promote continued cooperation between the USGS and a Piedmont-South Atlantic University in order to support climate change research on biogeochemical fluxes and structural shifts in tidal freshwater forested wetlands in coastal South Carolina and Georgia as those ecosystems convert to marsh.
