Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, Pacific Northwest CESU

 

The U.S. Geological Survey¿s (USGS) National Water-Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Program is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research in the intensive temporal sampling of water chemistry in rivers and streams throughout the contiguous United States. The automated samplers in development are capable of collecting water for pesticide samples at custom-programmed intervals. The required further research is in the application of these samplers to field studies.
