Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, Great Plains CESU

 

U.S. Geological Survey¿s (USGS) Western Geographic Science Center (WGSC) is offering a funding opportunity to a CESU partner for research investigating wildland fire risk and fire adapted communities in the Western United States. This research project will investigate social and biophysical conditions at a variety of spatial and temporal scales to understand factors and characteristics that lead communities or individuals to move in the direction of being more fire adapted.
