USAID/Georgia intends to award a cooperative agreement for the Civil Society Strengthening Initiative (CSSI) to build the capacity of the civil society sector as an end in itself while also supporting civil society to be a more effective force in advocating for more transparent and accountable governance and more responsive policies.
