BLM CA Friends Group for SRSJMNM

 

Work with a friends group in support of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument by providing interpretive and environmental education programs for the public, assisting in daily operation of a National Monument visitor center, engaging youth in the conservation of public lands, and protecting the National Monuments natural, cultural, and recreational resources; all these support functions were principally accomplished through the friends groups management of a volunteer program, to include recruitment, training, administration, and recognition.
