BLM CA - California Office of Historic Preservation Partnership

 

The California Office of Historic Preservation Partnership COHPP will facilitate the implementation of the State Protocol and will advance mutual cultural resource stewardship objectives shared by the BLM and OHP. Financial assistance will be used to engage in public outreach and education about heritage preservation. Financial assistance will be used to pay for OHP travel costs associated with attending BLM cultural resources training sessions, field office audits, and field inspections of specific projects as needed. Financial assistance will also be used to sponsor OHPĂ‚Âżs ongoing work improving general records management and database development, Information Center data digitization and standardization efforts, reviews and digitization of BLM specific data when mutually agreeable, and for providing continued opportunities for BLM to comment on how various state wide cultural resources database initiatives might impact the BLM mission.
