					This is a Notice of Intent to award a Single Source Cooperative agreement to Colorado State University for the purpose of monitoring and performing surveys of biological species such as Preble¿s Jumping Mouse and invasive weed species on Federal lands. This award will be made under the Rocky Mountain CESU Agreement.
