This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P15AC01490 under Cooperative Agreement H8W07110001 with Portland State University, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Analysis, Summary, and Public Archaeology Outreach of Artifacts from an Archaeological Field School at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site."
