Anadromous Fish Screen Program ? Natomas Central Mutual Water Company : Prichard Lake Diversion

 

The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for a Cooperative Agreement to Natomas Central Mutual Water Company under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406 (b) (21). BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for the Pritchard Lake Diversion Project which consists of a fish screen to prevent the entrainment of federally listed endangered anadromous fish. Period of Performance is from the date of award to September 30, 2014. Estimate award date: on or about September 21, 2012. Estimate award amount: $1,500,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) R12AS20028 for additional information.
