The SCaN testbed is a Communications, Navigation and Networking Reconfigurable Testbed (formerly CoNNeCT). Proposal due date is 9/17/2012 for the first review period; 1/31/2013 for the second review period; amd 5/31/2013 for the third review period. This solicitation leading to the award of a Cooperative Agreement is issued pursuant to title 14 CFR Part 1260 for educational and nonprofit institutions and 14 CFR part 1274 for commercial organizations.
