Objectives

The State of the Nation collection is a comprehensive source of official economic and financial press releases and statistical data prepared by a wide range of Federal government agencies. It is a collection of the information formerly found on the Economic Bulletin Board (EBB) and is available on the Internet http://www.stat-usa.gov/sotn.

Information used by Federal, State and local agencies, businesses, industries, educational institutions and the general public. It contains over eight thousand files that are continually updated.
