Latino Heritage Internship Program

 

The Latino Heritage Internship Program (LHIP) is designed to engage Latinos in the conservation and stewardship of public lands, raising awareness of employment opportunities at NPS parks and sites. The program advances employment and community engagement opportunities for interns while developing mission critical internship projects that will support NPS goals and objectives. The experience creates strong mentor and protégée relationships and supports the career growth of talented young adults.
