Impact Evaluation of Child Labor Program in the Philippines

 

This is a Notice of Intent (NOI) only. USDOL Bureau of International Labor Affairs (ILAB), intends to provide funding for a cooperative agreement with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) to conduct a randomized control trial (RCT) impact evaluation of a government of the Philippines (GoP) program to assist families of child laborers. This project will include the design of an RCT evaluation, quantitative and qualitative data collection, and preparation and dissemination of reports based on the evaluation.
