FY15 Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis of High Pressure Heat Exchanger System for Locomotive Application

 

The main objective of this project is to perform Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) for Thermadynamics Rail LLC (TDR) High Pressure Heat Exchanger (HiP-HEX) Waste Heat Recovery System as a retrofitting technology configured for possible improvements to locomotive engine energy efficiency and emissions.
