Air Force Fiscal Year 2015 Young Investigator Research Program

 

AFOSRÂ’s Young Investigator Research Program (YIP) supports scientists and engineers who have received Ph.D. or equivalent degrees in the last five years (on or after 1 May 2009) and who show exceptional ability and promise for conducting basic research. The objective of this program is to foster creative basic research in science and engineering, enhance early career development of outstanding young investigators, and increase opportunities for the young investigators to recognize the Air Force mission and the related challenges in science and engineering. AFOSR is seeking unclassified proposals addressing the research areas of interest for the Air Force Research Laboratory. The basic research areas of current interest are available on-line in the current AFOSR BAA, BAA-AFOSR-2014-0001.
